What do you like about working at Florida Hospital?

Helping the patients and being a part of their recovery. Working as a part of the rehab team. The therapists, doctors and nurses are great!

What don't you like about working at Florida Hospital?

The lack of organization and constant change of management, having 3 managers in the 6 months that I worked there. Also, working 50 hours a week at times due to short staff became exhausting.

What suggestions do you have for management?

Find a good one and keep them! I also think that researching and visiting other inpatient hospitals that are successful would be beneficial when trying to patch the system to make it operate smoother.

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

I think that it would be good to shadow a therapist before accepting the position to make sure that the setting is a good match would be helpful.
