"Laid back enviornment as far as attire and overall feel. (please keep in mind some time has passed since I was there and management has changed)"

"Be prepared to work long days. Very high pressure enviornment, as is common in the mortgage industry."

What don't you like about working at First Franklin Financial?

"Base pay towards the low end of industry standard. No bonuses, and overtime was not paid at a higher rate than regular time for salaried employees. Did not always feel support from management. Felt daily workloads were sometimes unrealistic. No buffer or safeguards against unreasonable and excessive correspendence from loan officers to processors/underwriters."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to employees concerns. Don't wait for people to resign before offering to listen and/or address their concerns. Regardless of the circumstance, you need to strongly enforce that loan officers always speak to processors/underwriters with respect. Regarding compensation, you get what you pay for."

What do you like about working at First Franklin Financial?

"The people I worked with. Both operations and the sales staff."

"With the way the economy is, make sure you do your own due diligence on the stability of the company."

What don't you like about working at First Franklin Financial?

"What I didn't like was we were laid off due to the downward spiral of the housing industry."

"I don't have any suggestions at this time."
