"Hard-charging credit union. Although very political."
"I have worked for Financial Partners for a little over 3 years. It is a very sales-oriented company with little focus on company morale. The company employees about 180 employees and is very top management heavy. As a marketing professional, my observation has been that the senior management has little understanding or appreciation for the marketing profession and the complexity of what the marketing department does."
