"We are given too many regulations with no give. If we can't flex and sway with the changes that come and go, we are put at a disadvantage."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make the CEOs that make the decisions work with the grunts at least once a month. That way they can see how it is like on the front lines. Also they wouldn't be extra help, they would be working as if they were a regular employee. If there is only one employee at that location, then that is how it would be for them."

"The best thing about this company was the hourly wages."

"The labor I was involved in was not my ideal job. I wanted to do something in my career field and not just receive a check every week."
