"Rest assured the good old boy system is in place, always get raises, perks and promotion based on who you know and not so much on ability and education. This company is looking to cut hours on full time employee now and limit merit raises to impossible numbers. This place is now cutting opportunities as we speak. I am sure my job will not exist in the next 10 yrs, use this job as a stepping stone, not a career."

"Need more training programs and promotional opportunities for qualified persons. The gap between lower management and upper management is too great after a certain level opportunity dries up fast."
