"I've worked at FedEx since August 2012 and on paper it says FedEx is a good company. I believe it's second in the country, but you just don't get enough hours. Why should you kill yourself working multiple shifts. Then there's no raises for package handlers, but they could afford new planes and the higher people still bonuses. They say they care for their workers at the bottom, but I don't think so, that's just my opinion. The only good thing is you could always move up in the company."

"Was an interim job but still a great place to work."

"Realize that if you are not working 40 hours per week, you may not be eligible for a lot of benefits."
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"All aspects were useful in acquiring job knowledge. Great place."

"Employees should be able to work at least 40 hours if available."

"I would recommend talking with someone who works at the facility you plan to work at and getting them to put in a word for you."
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"I really did not like the politics that went along with getting a promotion locally."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Once a year we get evaluated, and we get to evaluate our manager confidentially. I would suggest that in reviewing the manager's evaluation you have someone other than the manager go over the evaluation to keep it confidential."
"For a part time position it was a fast paced, fun place to work. I would go back."
