"The many operating companies and how each has its own procedures. Sometimes in can be challenging to find the correct person to resolve a concern quickly."

"I would suggest some enhancements/improvements to the training program."

"The people in the station are amazing, and now that it has changed it may be better."

"Be honest. They are big in what is in it for the customer and management. Do not expect a pay raise or promotion. Expect 10+ hour days and do not expect to see for have a family."

"The management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not hire ex military to run the sales team! I loved FedEx but it changed due to management. No one should ever have to expect a manager to ride with them at the drop of a hat. That is unprofessional. No other company does it. In order to make effective calls that would require a manager you need more notice than a call that morning. I was the 4th or 5th to leave the team, and do you really think we all left for better money? Please wake up and realize he is killing your business in Sacramento!"
