What do you like about working at FedEx?

"It's a great place for extra money and benefit."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Tell the truth about your line manager."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"To much favoritism. In order to exceed you must know a manager or co-worker. You have to keep asking or reminding your manager to enroll in certain classes or get information to advance in the company. Managers are only interested in keeping you in their area if you are a good worker."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop listening to co-worker who are only out to keep your attention on other employees who are working and not on them who are not working. Stop listening to your favorites or friends and get them to work as team. Stop taking what the senior manager is doing personal to improve the work area. Listen to the concern of other employees. Stop letting your favorites or friends get away with not working a full 2 1/2 or 5 hours a night or ride the clock."
