What do you like about working at FedEx Ground?
Having a secure job with annual pay increases, benefits, the ability to transfer to other hubs.
What don't you like about working at FedEx Ground?
Being around multiple people everyday have to work together to finish the job.
What suggestions do you have for management?
More positive reinforcement to help improve the performances of the workers.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
As long as you have a stable work history and have no physical ailments, there should be no problem in getting the job.

What do you like about working at FedEx Ground?
I like putting packages in the bags and sending them down the belt
What don't you like about working at FedEx Ground?
It is difficult work. Very demanding. Too little rewards. We fell like slaves and we don't seem to m,atter as long as the work gets done'
What suggestions do you have for management?
I'd see to it there was a service manager there at all times.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
DON'T WORK HERE!!! IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The hours, the crew and the enviornment
What don't you like about working at FedEx Ground?
Some days are bad, just have those days, you work through it and hope that tomorrow is better.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Less oversight and more of trusting there staff to do there job and not always have to be babysitters

Company is good, could be better, but good to ther people.

The company is extremely stable. and will be around for ever
What don't you like about working at FedEx Ground?
I had the best benefits in the industry. The company is stable
What suggestions do you have for management?
Keep in mind the employees. The bottom lines is too greatly stressed.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Be prepared to work very hard. Advancement is slow. It takes along time to move up in the company.

Scrutinize applications more thoroughly. I was released from employment after a conflict in company policy was noticed on my original application.

Best company to work for part-time work. Not good for full time work because 40 hrs. are not available.

FedEx Ground of Bloomington lacks the necessary resources to be able to maintain working environment

We have to make difficult and unpopular decisions sometimes If it's relevant then do it
