What do you like about working at Fastening Products Co.?
The hours 7:00-3:30 m-f. 5 Phillies games a year. Company lunch on fridays.
What don't you like about working at Fastening Products Co.?
It's is a very small shop. The guys working there were about to retire which would have left the work force down to 3 employees
What suggestions do you have for management?
Hire younger workers, Upgrade machines according to today's standards. Need more shop equipment
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
no. It's a good company if you don't mind geeting screamed at and being called names by the boss.
