"I like the entrepreneurship it offered. Networking with various people was enjoyable because I got to learn about them on a personal level and see if I could be of a service to them. Learning about new people, that was fun."

"Before you interview for this company make sure you have enough savings or another source of income to keep you afloat."

What don't you like about working at Farmers?

"It was totally commissioned based and I always needed another source of revenue to keep me going."

"Clearly outline what it takes to become a Farmers Agent and make sure the person truly understands what they are getting into and let them know they may need another source of income because it is commissioned based."
