"I think I am underpaid for this job. It is a lot more work being both a sub teacher and testing coordinator. I do not get any benefits and do not get paid when schools are out due to inclement weather. For 7 hours, it could be very challenging to deal with children as some of them are very disrespectful and a lot of times you just work constantly and just get half hour break."
