"If you're looking for an analytics position but don't experience with applying analytics in the business world, then try to read up on it. One possible text is Credit Scoring and Its Applications by Thomas, et al."

"Company made decision to promote use of internally developed analytic modeling software which is not competitive with best products in the market"

"Find a better way than laying off top performers to control costs"

"Its a roughly 4 hour interview process. Review your basic stats concepts and logistic regression. Presentations and panel interviews."

"Very limited personal support. Some of the management is rude, unprofessional, and does not understand how to motivate workers."

"More relevant, job function focused on-boarding. Better technical training programs and explanation of resources."
