What do you like about working at Everett Charles Technologies?
ECT hires professionals that are expected to do their jobs in a professional manner, and leaves MOST of the decision making processes to the person doing the work.
What don't you like about working at Everett Charles Technologies?
Company instituted a wage freeze for over 5 years despite being profitable. Rather than trying to fix aging processes, management would rather bicker about which are better.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Look at the bottom line - You get what you pay for.
