"Outside of the technical side of the business it is completely personality driven and who you know in the company."
What don't you like about working at E-Plus?
"Too many family connections in the organization. Unusual corporate structure that pitted groups against each other competing for business and resources. Lack of an easy to communicate vision for the company. If something happened to the top two men in control the whole company would be in trouble."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Move to a structure where the entire company is working toward the same goals. Improve the vision so that all employees can present a united face to the customer."
