"Great environment, good management, and extremely competent support staff."

What don't you like about working at Enron?

"There was no room for upward mobility, due to the fact that it is a mom and pop shop with the owner being an account manager, her husband the CFO, and only one other account manager. The lead recruiter has been there for eight years as a recruiter with no prospects to move up in the company due to the small size."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, management there did a great job."
