What do you like about working at EnerNOC?
High energy, young company. Trying to expand into new markets with new products.
What don't you like about working at EnerNOC?
Not collaborative atmosphere. Poor sales support. Sales model inappropriate to my particular service sold.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Be more open to suggestions about attacking the energy consulting market.

Unrealistic expectations, lack of knowledge of management of the IL market
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Probe more deeply around the subject of "transaction" vs. target/strategic account selling.

What do you like about working at EnerNOC?
Income and Freedom - made lasting friendships - lots of good people work here
What don't you like about working at EnerNOC?
No values, morals or ethics - non-compete agreement is extremely unfavorable and always enforced
What suggestions do you have for management?
You're not nearly as smart as you think - you can't pay yourselves $4.3 million per year from a company that is losing money
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
No - run away if you are a woman - if you are hired be ready to work 60+ hours every week - plus weekends
