"I had the opportunity to work with various teams while I self managed my own tasks. I was able to work with customers as well as internal engineers for training. They gave every opportunity to expand your technical skills."

"The constant threat of outsourcing consuming your job."

"Shrink. I hate to use a cliche but I think the Too many chiefs not enough Indians fits in here."
