"I greatly enjoyed the marketing and sales aspect of my position. I organized many events in and outside of the spa and mage many contacts. I also enjoyed hiring and trainingof my 28 employees."

"There isnt any room for growth in the company. Once you are given a tiny promotion you are pigeon holed into that position and title."

"Promote from within, listen to their employees concerns and ideas we are the ones dealing with the public on a daily basis."

"Very top heavy with upper management, directors and above. Very little advancement opportunity. Slow to embrace technology"
