An amazing group of people who helped me grow as a scientist and became good friends.
What don't you like about working at Elan?
The somewhat inflexible system in place that made bringing in new technology difficult.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Let the scientist and analysts to the science with their skills and allow them to expand into new technology and methods.

Be honest and interested in what they do. MS and Alzheimer's are very serious and tragic conditions.
