"When a client call for installation of the Dish, we should seek more information around the house before sending the technician to install the dish, because some of the houses was covered in big trees. it was very difficult to get the signal. Therefore, the management assign technician to go around within a certain area for inspection."

"The corporate culture was unusually oppressive. When you met or went beyond expectation there was little to no recognition. But if you failed to any degree it was held over you. The owners and founders attitude was If you don't like it there's the door"

"You will retain and motivate employees if you recognize and show some appreciation and respect for the work they do. Also, management should manage down not up to the next highest level of management."
