Working at DynCorp, employees find that the DynCorp culture is one of team building and creating positive relationships amongst co-workers. The largest percentage of workers is located in hazardous zones and need to be able to rely on each other. Socializing is limited and must be in the confines of the camp location.

In exit interviews employees indicated that they felt leadership was weak. This is likely due to the fact that the company was recently purchased and hasn’t had enough time to acquire a company personality because it is undergoing many upper level management changes. Because of the nature of the work, DynCorp tends to recruit and hire prior military personnel.
