What don't you like about working at DriveTime Automotive Group?
Its an 'old boy network management style' - if you express your feelings you are as good as gone. When I joined I was told "we haven't down a good job on retaining our managers" - how true! Do not expect a proper work life balance. Expect 60 hours plus a week at the minimum.
What suggestions do you have for management?
When you say you are going to help train your colleagues... ACT on it, don't just spew empty rhetoric. Leadership comes from above, never mind the emphasis on a 'flat management structure'.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Informal interview laced with sharp management team who are looking for open minded, but politically oriented individuals who will tow the company line.
