What do you like about working at Doane College?
They are more like friends than co-works while I'm working
What don't you like about working at Doane College?
No possible way to stay there and live off of freelancing for them.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Nothing, I like the supervisors I work with and keep doing what they are doing

Look for somebody creative and work-ethic and find somebody smart about design
