"My coworkers were all very good and interesting people and nearer to the end the management became a lot more personable."

"The work itself was very factory like and I could not find anything, other then personal satisfaction( because I was the fastest editor at the time), to find new and innovative workflow solutions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To not be as stagnant. The workflow that I encountered when I started working there was roughly 8 years old! after 6 months I adjusted my personnal method and was able to cut the time per project by about half."

"The company has been cut back to less then 1/2. The last I checked (with people still there) DMC was not hiring."
