Lack of continuity of operations and training between different Project Manager and Chiefs. Some Project Managers and Chiefs are interested in developing professional staff members while others feel they do not have the time and resources. Senior staff worried more about their job than the good of the company.

Company has a great program but they need to have a better way of coaching new associates on their team to its use. Further Senior Staff must be better prepared in their duties as mentors for new members.

Company has no intentions to develop its personnel and there is virtually no opportunity to grow in company. Many of the policies are restrictive and archaic.

I believed that if they would have created a culture of going home Thursday Nites, their line level retention would have been greater.
