"I worked for Demandware for 11 months and in that time it is a stong company that is trying to make the transition from successful start-up to established company. It is well respected and is very successful and seen as an industry leader in ecommerce space. LIke most companies that are in the midst of rapid growth there are growing pains, but I learned a great deal about the space."
