"The location is close to my home.The shortest ride to work that I have ever had."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Expect to work on multiple projects that are not managed all that well, from a time perspective."

What don't you like about working at Dell?

"We use Agile. Projects are not managed well. Management overlaps projects, which leads to a group that is very dysfunctional."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change the way projects are managed. When you start a project don't have people working on another project. Management has said that they expect the project overlapping to stop... after working for the same group for over 4 years my manager finally told me in a 1-on-1 he doesn't expect the style of management to change. My manager is now looking for a new job."
