"All overtime has been cut out. The environment is loud and very dirty, but that really doesn't bother me."

"I had a bad experience with Danaher at a facility that could barely pass a health inspection due to the previous Chinese ownership and their operating methods. My experience also was with a senior team that had very little management experience and were not equipped for such roles. Most of the staff was only there to put their time in, and we found few that desired to stay beyond what contractual obligations we had. Promotion promises were their only carrot in an environment with many sticks."
