"CyberCoders is a large company with a goal to be the largest and #1 recruiting company in the market. They have multiple offices across the U.S and have frequent office competitions. The billing numbers are open amongst coworkers so you can see how you stack up against your peers. They also use weekly metrics to compare team numbers and activity numbers. As an Executive recruiter you are paid hourly, no PTO. Even though its hourly you could work 20 hours overtime but if you didn't hit a specific metric they refused to pay for that overtime."

"I worked for CyberCoders as a Business Development Associate and it was a straight forward job. Typical 9-5, good benefits. I got paid hourly with commission. The commission was based off placements since it was a recruiting firm. I was fortunate enough to have a great manager, however I've heard from others that their managers were micromanaging their process. At the end of the day it was a decent place to work."
