The accounting department is an absolute joke! Senior management, absolutely nothing good to say except WORTHLESS. Stay far, far, away."

"It is like many of the other large trucking firms and by that I mean, hidden charges, vague payment procedures, lenghty down-time waiting(breakdowns,maintenance, and holding for a load)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more Kates and lose the night and weekend desk jocky's. The vast majority were worthless to say the least. Need a real maintenance department (slow and reverse)!The only two gears! Better payment information for the driver on the road...was loaded with stuff that only made sense to CRST.(breakdowns via phone of extra charges etc)"

"do it if there are no other options. You can do better with pay anywhere else if you can get in."

"people just starting out like me....the pay is very bad!!!"

"care about the people currently working for them as much as the new people they are bringing in."
