What do you like about working at Crowe Horwath?
"Mostly the employees. Integrity was a trait most had. Even though my positon was eliminated, I know that it was done only due to the location of my job. Communication with former employees exist. I do miss working at Crowe as it felt like a family even though a larger company for this area. When I run into prior co-workers or partners, they all still know me by first and last name, and this is because of the respect they have for each person who is employeed there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"As for this company, assuming meaning Crowe My interview was so much different to what they are today. But my advice to any company would be to show what one can benifit a company and to be honest to what they can bring, not just technically, but as how they ineract with others, level of teamwork and work ethic."
What don't you like about working at Crowe Horwath?
"Mostly as working in the IT department, the communication did not exist as I hoped it would as I saw in other departments at Crowe."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not sure if this is a question for Crowe management or for the company applying for. As for Crowe, they did many things to try to keep work flow smooth, however in the IT department there were long timers who kept their information to themselves, which prevented a group/teamwork. In time this changed, however presented resentment. IT, a difficult department in general, so to sum up. a manager who had the personal skills to bring together all assest from all employees together (as best as possible) to promote teamwork and building on each others skills and talents."
