"It has its days where I cant stand the customers that ask stupid questions and I cant stand my co workers, but over all I love my job."
"While I do regulate how business is going in the absence of a supervisor, the feeling of power and responsibility of the rest of the crew members can be daunting, but in the end, it's all worth the pay back. The only thing I have had a problem in this position is that you are extremely limited in your capabilities with a possible future of never progressing up the "ladder of promotions"."

"The people I met and worked with on a daily basis."

"Get used to working extremely long hours for very little pay."

"The leadership that was in place was not very good and made it hard to work sometimes."

"Get the proper tools and equipment and always be ready to go to work yourselves."

"hours are not set and I am free to do jobs as I see fit for each job to get it done on time"

"hours on work orders get cut back and jobs are under bid"

"do more research on each job before bidding and estimating"

"The feeling you get after doing a good job. The cheers from the spectators. Getting to see a great firework show after a day of setting up."

"I don't like how the amount of work has taken a large cut throughout the past years."

"I did not like supervising people wo were older and bit set in their ways."

"I would suggest to managers not to hire so many at one time. That way you will leave room for permenant positions"

"As a crew leader I was responsible for completing the tasks on time and accurately."

"This is a short term project that cycles every 10 years. The pay is poor and directions change daily. Go with the flow."

"This was a U. S. government job that had no future and the goals changed daily."

"Set goals and requirements for the working crews and stay with them through the project."
