"I loved the work and enjoyed that my job duties flucuated with the job rotation so I was always able to learn something new. Also, the potential for advancement was almost limitless."

What don't you like about working at County of Riverside?

"However, I did not respond well to the overly level of personal politics that circulated that place."

"Talk to the other departments in your building. Keep open communication with other county branches."

"Working with and helping Dr's, case Managers and Patients, Friendly and helpful co-workers"

"Providing a service to the customer was very important to me. There are a lot of people in need and I was happy to help make the lives a little better."

"If you are customer service oriented, then this would be the place for you."

What don't you like about working at County of Riverside?

"For the most part I enjoyed the opportunity to work for Riverside County DPSS. It was a learning experience. Unfortunately, it was not a career match with my past experience and training."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion for management would be to continue the support and training for the employees. From my observations, the employees were extremely overwhelmed with their case loads."
