"This is a great place to work. The skills I have picked up during my time in Cotton Patch has helped me during my school as well. There is also great management to work for."
"I've worked for Cotton Patch for 3 months, and I have to say I have never disliked a job so much. In the beginning, it was a decent job though they limited my section's sizes for way too long considering my previous experience and thus I made very little money. Managers were inconsistent across the board, arguing with each other over any little detail and were ridiculously unwilling to trust new employees. After some time there I have gathered that they go out of their way to hire or promote rude people. Some of the rudest people I have ever met work at this restaurant. I hate going to work and half of the employees have quit in the last month, though the managers continue to berate us over insignificant details.The kitchen is unable to keep up with even the slowest level of traffic."
