The work I was doing until they ended my position.

A little nepotistic, politics, managerial incompetence.

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
If you dream of doing cutting edge work in your field, (unless you are a Buyer or into Merchandising), this is not the place for you. But if you want a stable job and are happy to do whatever they ask you to do, whether it's what your background is or not, then you will love it there.
