"Do not work for ConMet. You will be in a deep hole if you work for them. Management do not care about quality, process, engineering... all they care is shipping parts... just imagine CARs that you have to work on when there is no support from management. Equipments are older than your grandparents! No one knows how to fix them."

"I've worked with the company since 2011. The management team was disorganized and could not lead or direct people that work for them. The management team could only react to situations and never proactively solve problems. The company is constantly under money restraints. I would advise anyone reading this review to stay away from this company."
