"Company is very focused on cost cutting. Your supervisors are competent but the ESM department isn't."
"CompuSystems is a medium to small sized company (approx 200 employees). Unfortunately, because of the nature of the convention industry, changes are often rushed, incredibly urgent, and often conflict with previously established business rules. This can create incredible pressure on all show team members. For the compensation, the pressure heavily skews the work/life balance, especially for more seasoned programmers who are asked to mentor, troubleshoot, and manage full website loads."
