What do you like about working at Warner Bros.?
Just like working at any company it is your immediate managers that you work with. I think Warner Bros is a great company and I would love to work there again but I would interview my manager just as much as my manager is interviewing me
What don't you like about working at Warner Bros.?
I was not happy that American jobs were sent to other counties without proper consideration to its long term value. In most cases they now pay more for what they get and then don't even get what they want in time.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Act like leaders not followers.

Its a great company to work for with lots of technical coworkers. Be honest when you interview of your knowledge and be ready to give 100% right from the start.

What do you like about working at Warner Bros.?
Almost everything. Great movies, TV series. Great DVDs and content. Great people.
What don't you like about working at Warner Bros.?
My supervisor "just" liked to do creative (the fun stuff) and he delegated the managing of the department on top of my other job duties.
What suggestions do you have for management?
A suggestion "box" of sorts and quarterly rewards of DVDs for great performance individually and as a department.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Know some history of Warner Bros. Treat every job as a career. Pretend like you own the company -- meaning, you care where every dollar goes. Be physically responsible and always give 115%!

The commute was long. I would have liked a greater focus on data quality and executing on analytic insights.

At my current career path, I have no room to growth and expanded my responsibility.

Better communication, better channel of passing ideas and more one to one contact between current employees and their supervisor.

The Challenge of having lots to do and learn. There's lot's of opportunity to advance.
What don't you like about working at Warner Bros.?
I wish it was permanent position. I ended up accepting the position as a contract that started out for 6 months and ended up working for 4 years.

None. Warner Brothers has a great management team and strong leadership.

Just be prepared because it's very challenging and lot's of work.

Everyone here helps everyone out when needed and it is close to home.
What don't you like about working at Warner Bros.?
Not really compensated for the work they expect from you. I also don't like belonging to a Union.

Be open with your employees about everything you expect from them, and they will comply.

If you accept a job here at entry level, do not exepct to move up very quickly.

The Studio Culture and the people were very pleasant.

The growth opportunities need to be worked on. The Management style does not promote training nor upward mobility. Budget cuts maybe?

Invest in your employees a little and they will be loyal for longer than speculated.

What don't you like about working at Warner Bros.?
Management was terrible. I injured myself on a job site, and I was told to use my health insurance rather than file for workman's comp. The management was incompetent, and I am certain continues to be so.
