What do you like about working at Salesforce.com?
Developing close business relationships with customers and colleagues. Contributing to the overall well-being of hospitals and community. Helping my organization contribute to the greater good for healthcare.
What don't you like about working at Salesforce.com?
Consistent reorganizations involving layoffs, lack of promotional or cross-functional opportunities, questionable decision-making by senior management.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Allow business relationships and prior experience with accounts serve as the basis for hospital allocation. Listen to local intelligence from veteran account managers to maintain the company's image - customers are extremely unhappy with the constant changing of representatives and have gained distrust in our organization.
