"I’ve worked for JPMorgan since 2009 in various roles. The one thing that has remained consistent is the constant emphasis the company has placed on improving employee and customer satisfaction. There was a time when the work-life balance was almost non-existent but that has changed as the company has gotten increasingly flexible with meeting the needs of its employees. There is definitely room for growth as I have been promoted several times. They offer top-notch products to clients and are always on the cutting edge with technology. Although the company has gotten much better with employee satisfaction, there is still room for improvement, specifically with PTO and work-from-home opportunities."

The base pay could be better however the commission can make up for the low base pay. Over the years they have made it difficult to meet certain monthly goals. Great place to build a career."
