What do you like about working at Covenant Transport?
they gave me a job when i got out of trucking school when no one else would. I had the best trainer in the industry who taught me everything i know.
What don't you like about working at Covenant Transport?
they waited until after my training to tell me i didn't qualify to work there. I feel that i was just used as a body in a truck
What suggestions do you have for management?
to treat their drivers like humans and not just a truck number
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
they have good benefits but the pay is not great
