What do you like about working at Bharat Heavy Electricals?
Its really a very big company and place for people who really want to learn stuff related to how industry works, how there work flow is divided into and to generalize it it is a place for every one to gain knowledge irrespective of their domains
What don't you like about working at Bharat Heavy Electricals?
There is nothing specifically about i dont like but to specify one reason ergonomics and some of the human relations are not good

even though its not part of their job but, I would say to interact more with the students coming to know about their company so that they would get really in though that company works this good and every one will have a chance to think about working in that company

What do you like about working at Bharat Heavy Electricals?
I was an intern at BHEL. I enjoyed the work experience and my ability to learn and grow at that point in my career. It was one of the first projects I worked on, and it was a learning experience, interacting with my team mates, reporting updates to the project manager, and getting work done on time.
What don't you like about working at Bharat Heavy Electricals?
I would liked to get some compensation for my work.

To be thorough with the basics first, and then go into technical details. The interview consists of 2 rounds, the first round, one person asked me which areas of software I was comfortable with, and based on that, basic conceptual questions were asked.

Seniors are coperative and help to get technical knowledge whereever is possible.

The personal growth in carrerwise is not possible here as it gives more priority to the power sector.

Include more number of professionals in Information Technology Sector so that all the paper works are minimised and the automation of the work is done.

The engineers who are coming for an interview in power sector for them this is the right place to join.
