It was a nice place to work but when a family matter came up it was hard.

That they had no compation

To show compation and to understand that when someones child or step child is in auto accident and barley holding on that employees need to be with them.

Its a good place to work for the most part. I really don't have anything bad but that to say.

If you want a truck driving position, Werner is the only company to date with paperless logsheets, which are very nice.

Too much pressure. Work at home as much as in the workplace. Not enough compensation for the amount of time spent on the job.

Get more experienced managers. The managers Werner has no do not understand transportation or how to treat personnel.

Look elsewhere for a job unless you really need the money.
