What don't you like about working at Columbia University?
"Everything else, SPECIFICALLY the administration. People that do not care about the people, don't get the paperwork done, and there are people without salary or medical insurance for more than three months (at neurology department). This university works like a bank!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Restructure several departments, starting from the Neurology department. Good management starts from making your people comfortable and happy, and many workers are willing to leave Columbia because of how bad they are treated. Specifically in the Medical Campus."
