"I’ve worked at the Columbia School of Social Work since 2012. In my experience, the work environment is supportive and family-friendly. Turnover throughout the school is low and many of my colleagues have been there for decades. There is an emphasis on creating an inclusive environment that is welcoming and affirming. The chain of command within departments is clear and there is ample opportunity to access resources for professional development."
