"JUst make sure your not planning to make a long term career there, you wont be there that long."

"The arguing that went on there with the family with the 2 sons and father. It is a family run business and soemtimes they would get crazy. Also every year when it gets slow they let people go who are the newest hires. I found that out late."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you have people that are doing a good job, keep them around and just don't use people when your busy then discard them like nothing."

"It was a working environment where you always had something to do. Strong Customer Service via telephone and internet and played a big support with Sales. Coordinated all final billing and shipping."

"Don't apply with the company, they have files chapter 11."

"Management wasn't very professional when a problem occurred and they were very unprofessional when addressing the problems, by screaming and cursing rather than composing themselves and thinking of how to fix the problem."
