What do you like about working at Cisco Systems?
My co workers were nice.
What don't you like about working at Cisco Systems?
No formal process on escalating issues, someone can make an escalated complaint by jumping multiple levels of management going straight to an executive VP, and then you are gone.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Define what is expected in ticket management.
Please give us a one liner to describe this review.
If you are desperate and need a job then work there.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Be looking for your next job and when you find one leave. Cisco beats there vendors down for every dollar and you will never get a pay raise.

What do you like about working at Cisco Systems?
I have learnt new technologies while i was working with Cisco and i have also learnt about new products being manufactured by Cisco and Linksys.
What don't you like about working at Cisco Systems?
I would love to work for Cisco technical support, however currently it is more of Sales.
What suggestions do you have for management?
No suggestions. I think managent is the right person to decide. They can take better decisions
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
I would suggest to consider the candidates skills and expereince that he/she has rather than looking at his degrees
