"It's a large, well-recognized company. The buildings and office spaces are decent. They have onsite dining facilities with good food."

"Don't bother unless you like to be put down and bullied."

What don't you like about working at Cisco Systems?

"Too many people at this company think they are special and expect to be treated better than others. They often drop the CEO of the company's name in when they are trying to get what they want, no matter if it is possible or not. If they don't get what they want, they complain, and management gives in and ignores policy in order to make the person happy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the ole boy system of allowing senior employees to be treated like royalty when all they do is take up space and cause problems."
