"People are nice and they get their jobs done. Not fast-paced and a good place to start your career in data analytics."
"Cigna is a large company, when working with them it is easy to feel small. I have been working in customer service for more than a decade, and while I haven't found the career I would prefer at Cigna, they have been quite accommodating as an employer as it pertains to benefits and work-life balance."
"i have been with Cigna healthcare since 2018. so far i have thoroughly enjoyed the ride with them .."
"They have difficulty establishing corporate goals to keep relevant and competitive."
"I worked for cigna for a short time, before I was placed they had budget issues trying to allocate me in the budget. When I was placed and on boarded there was little work to be done and I was constantly ignored when requesting to pick up some work. I was instructed repeatedly to just review the confluence documentation and learn about the different products that the team was developing. Finally after a month of reading documentation (5 times over), I was assigned a ticket. After a few short days, the department lost a massive portion of budget and I was pulled onto another team. After another month, this team lost their budget and I am facing reallocation again or temporary drop-off. Work environment is not for an individual who wants to learn and provide an impact to the company."
"I have worked at Cigna/Express Scripts for almost 5 years. I love the work-life balance that my last few positions have offered because I was a remote worker which allowed a lot of flexibility with my schedule."
"I worked for Cigna Healthcare for a total of over 16 years and I love working for the company. Cigna not only cares for its customers but also cares about having a healthy work/family balance with for it's employees. At Cigna, you work hard, you play hard and you are compensated well..."

"Poor management. Supervisor was great!"
"Very grateful for my time and experience with Cigna. I learned a tremendous amount while working there. Amazing teams, solid leadership which provided me many development opportunities."
"I worked for Cigna from 2005 until 2019. It is a good company and enjoyed the people I worked with. My experience is that leadership has a had time sticking with decisions and seeing large initiatives to completion. If a program takes more than 9 months to complete it is often reengineered and rarely completed."
"One of the best companies ever."
"Great company to work for. Plenty of professional challenges to grow as it happened to me."
"Although, a big company, the company culture is very collaborative and educative."
"I began working for Cigna Group Insurance in January 2012. Since my employment began, I was promoted four times within my department and felt the work environment was extremely conducive to a successful career path."
